Dizi – Abgoosht
Abgoosht is an Iranian stew. It is also called dizi, which refers to the traditional stoneware crocks it is served in (Dizi Cookware). Some describe it as a “hearty mutton Persian soup thickened with chickpeas. Dizi or Abgoosht is one of the original Iranian food. One of the factors in this issue is the nomadic and nomadic way life of the ancestors of Iran, based on the culture of animal husbandry. Dizi is the product of monogamous life, and kebabs are the food of nomadic life, and nomads only found the opportunity and conditions to load broth when they reached their final destination.
