Description

Wrapping Plastic :

Polyethylene roll (PE with 80-100 microns thickness) and cartoon tray (sheet) such as confirmed plan by the seller .

Specifications :

• The machine has two compartments , configuration table and heating tunnel.
• The configuration table arranges the bottles in the cartoon as desired.
• The machine is using one plastic roll only.
• Inside tunnel,hot air circulation is caused by heating elements and special fans.
• The cartoon is placed as flat form on the conveyor which is under the machine.
• The cartoon is placed as slope form under the bottle.
• The cartoon edge benders are full automatic.
• The machine is using Hot Melt glue.
• The glue pomp of the machine is Gear Pump.
• The height of bent edges is minimum 50 mm.
• The nylon is cut according to size of pack and wrapped around the pack and after placing the bottles on the cartoon in such a way that two cut edges are facing each other.(Overlap system)

Machine speed :

The packaging speed of this machine is 25 cartoon per Minutes.

Control mechanism : 

The machine is full automatic and is equipped with electronic control (PLC) , electronic speed control (Inverter) and touch screen monitor.

The machine is equipped with control system for the compressed air and existence of cartoon,plastic and bottle.

All electric , electronic and pneumatic components used in machine  is european and japanese made.
