Dishbread Saaj Bread is a kind of round, flat and thin bread which is baked on a round curved metal surface in different sizes. This bread has had a special place as one of the traditional breads among the Oraman people in Iran and Iraq and Kermanshah, llam, Khuzestan, and Fars provinces form past till now. 1. The heating system is completely indirect and it makes energy saving possible. 2. It has a special system to evacuate the heat from inside the furnace, which increases the durability of the heating system up to several times. 3. The cast-iron plates on which the dough is placed, are designed in the form of curved circles, and the machine system is designed in a way that every gray cast-iron stops automatically for a few seconds to provide the user the time to put the dough on it, and it resumes moving round letting the next cast-iron come to the user. 4. This machine increases the speed of bread baking up to several times in comparison with traditional ovens, so it saves time. 5. One of the most important features of the machine is to save the quality, taste, and deliciousness of the traditional dishbread as a machine bread.
