Aloevera is a shallow root shrub, sometimes referred to as “the amazing plant”. Many types of these shrubs grow in tropical climates around the world, including North Africa, and are usually cultivated for agricultural and medicinal purposes. The history of the use of aloehora by humans reaches the ancient Egyptian medicine in the 16th century BC. In ancient Egypt, Aloevera was called the “plant of immortality”. Scientists believe that this plant was historically used by Cleopatra and Nefertiti in ancient Egypt, Alexander of Macedon and Christoph Columbus.
